What should I do if I can't see my withdrawn funds?
We will send you an email confirming your withdrawal status within 2 business days of your request. Normally, you will receive your funds in a few days, depending on the payment method used.
If you still do not see the funds after that time, here are a few steps to take:
- Check the status of your funds on your withdrawal dashboard. If it shows as ‘processed’, the funds have been sent to you, and you can click to see a breakdown of the payment method(s) used. In that case, contact your payment provider for more information.
- We may have sent you a message about your withdrawal. Check your email’s spam folder.
- If you attempted to use a bank transfer to withdraw your funds, make sure the information you entered was correct.
